Recording - New track 'Arise'
We've wrapped up the second track for the upcoming EP! Looking forward to releasing the music video for 'Arise' in May! Thanks to all the amazing musicians that played on this track! Gail Thompson (Drums), Heather Graham (Keyboards), Michael 'Mez' Dilauro (Bass), and Rodi Djhaku (Lead Guitar)!
Laughing my head off as usual with drummer Gail Thompson and producer/bassist Michael 'Mez' Dilauro. We started recording drums via http://www.southriversoundrecording.com tonight! Gail killed it by laying down two new drum tracks in just a few hours! Amazing! I'll post pics from the entire session once we're wrapped up! Looking at a May, 2017 release for the first music videos!

Love housesitting in Parkdale, Toronto for my sister and brother-in-law! I've set up a makeshift home studio in the make-up room and have been recording new demos. I have a new track called 'Love Is A Curse' which we will record at http://southriversoundrecording.com in February. Only a few months away from finally releasing new singles and music videos! Super excited!

We've finished the final mix for the new track recorded at South River Sound - http://southriversoundrecording.com! The next step is getting it mastered later this week and finalizing details for the music video shoot! I've decided to record a song a month leading up to recording the full album eventually with Boz Boorer!
We're one day away from finishing a new track in the studio! We've had some incredible musicians come through the doors to help out! *Will post photos soon! What better way to end the recording than to have one of my best friends come in to sing background vocals! Ryan Isojima is one of my favourite singers and I'm honoured to have him in the studio to sing! He is currently about to start recording a new solo album (Details TBA)! It's been interesting over the last week to go through my long forgotten solo albums from the past! More than a few questionable lyric choices actually made me laugh out loud (and cringe) on the street while walking with headphones in Toronto's west end. Also, why are some of these songs are so f'n long!?! Hah! Oh boy.
One of the stand outs however is 'Mount Temple'. It's one of those moments in the studio where all the pieces fit together perfectly. David Porteous (Lead Guitar), Michael 'Mez' Dilauro (Bass), and Gail Thompson (Drums) really blow my mind on this track! Excellent work my friends!

Oh hi! Welcome to the new website! I've been spending most days for the past year in a small rehearsal space in Toronto's east end writing new songs for the upcoming Uniter (www.unitermusic.com) album. This resulted in sixty new demos which have been scaled down to twenty tracks for consideration for the studio. It became clear that half the songs fit the feel of Uniter while the other half did not. I considered keeping all music under one house but ultimately have decided to focus on two separate projects.
The new albums will be produced by Boz Boorer in 2017. In the meantime, I will be heading to the studio to record new singles at South River Sound (http://southriversoundrecording.com), shooting music videos, and will re visit some older tracks that never really saw the light of day! I've recorded three independent solo albums over the years. No one has really heard any of those songs other than immediate friends and family.
